What materials are your pieces made of?
Our Eco-Friendly Sustainably jewellery is made of Stainless steel, naturally rust free, hypoallergenic & harmless to to the person wearing or producing the jewellery.
All materials used for each piece are listed under each product description. 
Please note everyone’s skin produces natural oils which can react differently to certain metals and plating.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
A little love goes a long way! When not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it in the box it came in. This helps prevent scratching and maintain colour for stainless steel and silver pieces. To keep your piece looking its best, gently rub the surface with the polishing cloth. Remove your jewelry when applying scents, lotions and sprays.

Is VIEWS sustainable/ethical?
Yes! When starting VIEWS, one of our goals was, and continues to be as sustainable and ethical as possible. We are always looking for ways to improve our sustainability. 
Our manufacturers have been chosen to reflect our mission in being as ethical as possible. 

Jewellery
Our jewellery is ethically sourced and manufactured in China, with suppliers that are verified safe work environments committed to quality craftsmanship. We order our inventory in small quantities to ensure we can quality check each item & limit wastage. 

Packaging
Our custom VIEWS jewellery boxes are made to be a keepsake and re-used, not disposed, however the boxes are composed of cardboard. We also try to pack as many pieces in one jewellery box to limit wastage.

Are all items shown on your website in stock?
Yes. If the product does not have an ‘Out of Stock’ message then we have it in our warehouse, ready to send. We work very hard to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible. Occasionally errors do occur, although they are rare.

My jewelry is turning after wearing it, what should i do?
This may be caused by a metal to skin reaction. Every person’s skin oils react differently to different types of metals. VIEWS is not responsible for your skin’s reaction to these metals. Gold-plated jewelry will tarnish over time. Follow our care instructions to prolong the life of your jewelry.

How can I track my order?
Please login to your account or directly contact us with your order number and we will give you the tracking number for the package.

How long does delivery take?
In Lahore, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.
Rest of Pakistan, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

What’s your exchange policy?
In case of an exchange, you can either send the product/s back at our return address yourself, or you may get in touch with our moderators and get an exchange delivery processed. Please note that this service is charged 250 PKR separately. VIEWS is not responsible for paying any custom charges (import duty or tax) or delivery fee on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning or exchanging your order.

Can I exchange for another size?
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size please get in touch with us and include:- Your order number.- The new size you wish to receive.
We will ship you the new desired item size for free. However, you are responsible for the shipment of the item that you wish to exchange.

I want to cancel my order / Can I cancel my order?
We don’t accept cancellation requests 6 hours after receiving the order as by then the order has already been dispatched. Custom orders cannot be cancelled. If you let us know before the given timeframe we will happily cancel the order. 

Does VIEWS have any retail stores?
We do not have any retail stores or pop-up locations at this point in time. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified if this changes.

Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We are committed to keeping your personal information safe. We never pass personal customer information on to any other companies. More on our privacy policy here.
